Order Processing & Handling

We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. For in-stock, non-custom items, orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that custom-made items require additional processing time due to their handcrafted nature (see "Custom Orders" section below for details).

Shipping Times

Non-Custom Items (Toys, Collars, Leashes, Harnesses, Beds, Outdoor Gear, etc.)

· Estimated delivery time: 15–20 business days after shipment

· Orders are shipped via standard ground shipping

Custom Orders (Wool Felt Sculptures, Personalized Pet Jewelry, etc.)

Each custom piece is handcrafted just for you and your pet. Production times vary depending on the complexity and size of the item:

· Personalized Jewelry & Small Custom Items: 1–4 weeks

· Standard Custom Wool Felt Sculptures: 4–8 weeks

· Full-Size Custom Wool Felt Sculptures (Large Breed or Life-Size): 4–12 weeks (or longer for highly detailed commissions)

Please refer to the individual product listing for estimated production timelines. Once your custom order is complete, standard shipping times (15–20 business days) apply.

Important: Delivery timelines for custom orders are estimates, not guarantees. We take great care to craft each piece to the highest standard, and we appreciate your patience.

Holiday & Peak Season Delays

During peak holiday seasons (including but not limited to Christmas, New Year, Thanksgiving, and major sale events), shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control. Please anticipate additional 5–10 business days for delivery during these periods. We recommend placing holiday orders well in advance.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear on the carrier's website.

Shipping Destinations & Rates

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost paid at checkout. We are unable to predict or control these charges, and they vary by country.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to locate your shipment. Please note that we are not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because custom orders begin production shortly after purchase, changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, custom orders cannot be modified or canceled. For non-custom items, please contact us as soon as possible—we will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed.
