Custom Products Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our products (including custom wool felt sculptures, personalized jewelry, and custom pet portraits), all custom-made orders are final sale.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun. Please carefully review your customization details (name, photo, color) before submitting your order. If there is an error on our end, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.

Returns & Refunds
Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange if 30 days have passed since your purchase.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Quality Issues
We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we offer free replacements or refunds. Please contact us to arrange a return at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

· Used items (for health and safety reasons).

· Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

How to Initiate a Return
Please do not ship your return without first contacting us.

Shipping Costs for Returns
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

· In cases of defective or damaged items, we will cover the return shipping costs.

· For all other eligible returns (e.g., change of mind), the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility and will be deducted from your refund if applicable.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
