At Furryo-studio, every piece of jewelry is made to order and personalized specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and production has begun.

We ask that you carefully review your order details — including color, name, and any customization instructions — before completing your purchase.

Quality Issues & Damaged Items

We stand behind the quality of every item we make. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right at no additional cost to you.

To request a replacement or resolution, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@furryostudio.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item showing the issue

We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@furryostudio.com and we will investigate with the shipping carrier on your behalf.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase before production begins. After 24 hours, we are unable to cancel or modify your order as it will already be in production.
