How do I submit my pet's photo?
After completing your purchase, email your pet's photo to hello@furryostudio.com with your order number. We recommend a clear, well-lit photo showing your pet's face or the feature you'd like captured.
How long does production take?
All items are handcrafted to order. Production takes 7–40 business days from the date we receive your pet's photo.
How long does shipping take?
We ship worldwide. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7–20 business days depending on your location. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to over 28 countries. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Can I return or exchange my order?
As all our products are personalized and made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives defective or damaged. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@furryostudio.com.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
Your satisfaction matters to us. If the finished piece doesn't match the approved design or has a quality issue, we will remake or refund it. Please reach out and we'll make it right.
